|
To The
Right honourable the
Earl and Countess of Bradford
My Lord and Lady,
As tenants of the
Walsall estate, we desire to
Join the number of those who
Tender their good wishes to you on
The happy occasion of your
Golden Wedding Day
We recognise
that the year will be
A memorable one in
The annals of your family, and we
Take the opportunity to add our
congratulations on the coming of age
Of your eldest grandson in your
Golden wedding year, and in the
Silver wedding year of Lord and
Lady Newport.
Many of us have
From time to time
received kindness and
Consideration from your Lordship
And we assure you that your Lord
Ships reputation as a good landlord
|
Is not excelled in the county.
As a memorial
of our good wishes,
and our sympathy with everything that
concerns the happiness of your
family, we beg your acceptance of a
Wall Clock, and we sincerely hope
that the offering may be regarded as
a token to you, my Lord and you, my
Lady, that your tenants wish you
and yours every possible blessing.
We beg to subscribe ourselves
your faithful and obedient
Servants,
