Illustrated text of the National Anthem issued by the borough of Stafford
to mark the golden jubilee of Queen Victoria, 21 June 1887
Note the representatives of Empire gathered at the foot of the picture.
Ten years later, Victoria's diamond jubilee saw an even greater outburst
of imperial pride.
