Letter from Edward Jasper to Drakeford on behalf of a George Fox who has been impressed on the Cholmondley Tender now at Portsmouth, 11 January 1742

As Drakeford had naval contacts through his work as Purser and Prize Agent, he was called upon to intercede in the case of a man who has been inappropriately impressed upon a HMS ship.
